I've always loved cars. This paragraph is a simple placeholder for now, but this will be a gallery about the real (not model!) cars I've owned, want to own, work on, etc. Pertinent tech tips when I have some to share. Unfortunately I sold the car that was the bulk of my test lab before making this site, oops!

• Rebuilding a '70's era FoMoCo Rag Joint.
  There's a lost, dark art to this I had to figure out myself. The proper OEM replacement parts are no longer made, and the manuals don't say how to do it. So with the help of TheLincolnForum.net, I devised a workaround and as good a repair as you can do on these cars. Not that I knew what I was doing at first... read along and follow my progress from frustrated newbie to "the only idiot brave enough to try" to successful pro! Eventually I'll adapt my instructions there into a dedicated post on this site.
